Director/Support Coordinator
Leah McInnes
Leah McInnes the business owner of Advance Support Coordination Service Pty Ltd has worked in the Community Services sector for over 14 years and has a lot of experience with the delivery of Disability Services.
Leah started her career back in 2010 and worked as a Case Manager, and then later became the Team Leader delivering multiple services to participants. In 2016 NDIS rolled out and Leah transitioned her team to implement and deliver Support Coordination and Plan Management services to NDIS participants. Leah continued to manage a team of 6 Support Coordinators and 3 Plan Managers until 2022.
In 2022 Leah wanted to share her skills and knowledge with others and for the last 18 months Leah has worked as a Trainer and Assessor for a registered training organisation delivering Cert III, Cert IV Community Services and Diploma and Cert IV Leadership and Management courses to future employees and Leaders. Leah has completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Community Services and Associate Diploma of Social Science.

Support Coordinator
Kate Crisp
Kate Crisp, one of our caring Support Coordinators with Advance Support Coordination Services Pty Ltd is an experienced professional with a combination of qualifications.

Kate has her Diploma in Social Science, Certificate IV in Disability and holds her Mental Health First Aid certificate. Kate’s original background of employment was in the Early Childhood Industry. It was this career that enabled the smooth transition into the Disability Sector. Kate has been working as a Support Coordinator since May 2019.

Over the years, Kate has had amazing support from teams which has allowed her to empower other work colleagues and participants with the knowledge and understanding of the NDIS.
Kate is a caring individual who is here to help support all participants to understand and implement their NDIS plan. Kate would love to be able to inspire you all to reach your goals to your fullest potential.

Kate is a motivated, driven and responsive Support Coordinator with strong work ethics. Kate is here to help build positive outcomes to those in need.

Support Coordinator
Rebecca Wilkinson
Rebecca is a skilled and experienced professional, with a combination of life experience mixed with professional qualifications.
Originally employed in the legal industry, Rebecca made the move in 2021 to the Disability Sector as a Support Coordinator where she has gained her Certificate IV in Disability.
Rebecca embarked on a career change due to her own life experience when she supported her younger brother who passed away from Motor Neurone Disease. This lived experience has provided Rebecca with valuable insight, skills and knowledge from a participant’s perspective in the NDIS space.
Rebecca is passionate and confident when managing complex care needs of individuals to ensure positive outcomes occur to improve everyday life.
Rebecca goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are heard and supported to “dream big and make goals a reality”. She is compassionate, driven, and a reliable individual who holds a passion for participant’s rights and advocacy.

Support Coordinator
Kerrie George
Kerrie has 7 years’ experience in a residential aged care facility as a Lifestyle Coordinator and Admin Officer.

Kerrie has been working in the disability sector since 2018 and started as a support coordinator.
​
In 2022 Kerrie was employed as a service manager overseeing the day program, the SIL and individual supports in the local community and surrounding areas.
​
Kerrie is now very happy to be back providing support coordination and being part of a great and supportive team.
​
Kerrie completed Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and is currently enrolled in the Diploma of Community Services.
​
Kerrie’s person-centred approach focuses on empowering clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the NDIS while building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and families, service providers, and healthcare professionals.
​
Kerrie is passionate about encouraging people to make the most of the opportunities afforded by their NDIS plan.
​
Kerrie finds it most rewarding when she witnesses a clients success and growth when working towards or achieving their goals.

Support Coordinator
Kim Lawrence
Kim comes to Advance Support Coordination Service with almost 25 years experience in the ageing and disability sectors.
​
Kim started her career in the nursing field, then after having her children, transitioned to becoming an early childhood educator, specialising in supporting children with special needs.
Following a 7 year career in early childhood, Kim moved into Community Development then managing a disability day program. A relocation to the beautiful town of Forster enabled Kim to become a case manager for ageing and disability services which transitioned to the world of the NDIS.
During the 25 years in the
sector, Kim has had experience in support coordination, case management, managing a team of support workers, compliance, behaviour support and risk management.
Kim’s qualifications include Diploma in Community Services, Diploma in Management, Enrolled Nurse, Certificate IV in Early Childhood Education and is a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner.
